Preparatory and Study Courses

The Medical Faculty covers Preparatory courses in the folowing professions:

  • Medicine
  • Pharmacy
  • Dentistry

    The Faculty comprises of Preparatory Courses in the three lines - "Medicine", "Pharmacy" and "Dentistry" - as well as study programmes. After completion of the programme in Medicine, a student gains the degree of "General Practioner". The student can then study further to gain specialization, by gaining admission to the residency programme after completion of the basic programmes.

    The doctor can then gain a specialization (M.D.) or super-specialization (Ph.D.) degree after completion of the post-graduate programme or the doctorate programme respectively.

    Besides that, the Faculty also covers Preparatory Courses for "Pharmacy" and "Dentistry". After completion of the basic programme in "Dentristry", the student is awarded the degree of a Stomatologist (Dentist). On completion of the basic programme in "Pharmacy", the student attains the title of pharmacist.
